Shipping and Payments

Shipping options are FedEx or UPS - NEXT DAY only for reptiles. There are no exceptions. In high or low temps we will require plants be shipped 1-2 day and may need a heat pack or ice pack (at buyers cost).​ Shipping is only available to the US at this time.

Seller not responsible for damage or delays in shipping. Seller will open a claim with the shipping company if any issues arise. Unboxing video required to be submitted within 12 hours of arrival if there are any issues during shipment.  

If you would like to pick up at one of our events please coordinate atleast 72 hours prior to the event. 

Contact for shipping quotes, a invoice will be sent for shipping seperate. Once shipping is paid your package will be sent out. 

Shipping days are Monday-Thursday. Nothing will be sent out Friday-Sunday to ensure a live delivery and reduce the risk of anything being postponed for delivery over a weekend.

Payments can be made via cash at pickup (local or shows), Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. Full payments are received prior to possession. Payment plans can be arranged. We do not accept personal checks.
